I did one setup for a friend which reminds of the one you are going to do..=
=20
It had these components :=20

=2D - Webbased email (Squirrelmail)
=2D - SMTP (Postfix)
=2D - POP3, SPOP3, IMAP (Courier)
=2D - SMTP authentication via POP3 login (pop-before-smtp)
=2D - Webbased administration of the virtual domains (vmailadmin)
=2D - Virtual domains and accounts via MySQL=20

I know I had a tutorial somewhere on how to set it up, but I can't seem to=
=20
find it now, if you have any questions I'd be happy to answer them though.

A big drawback with setting up this has been the extra amount of work neede=
d=20
to implement proper filtering (Spamasassin and procmail). This does not=20
easily combine well with the MySQL authentication setup, so in essence I=20
think it will be necessary to have two instances of postfix running, one=20
filtering and passing on to the other for delivery..=20

The "customer" has been very satisfied with the system, and even though the=
=20
administration via vmailadmin is not "pretty" or very feature rich it does=
=20
what it is supposed to..=20

Most of this (with the sole exception of vmailadmin) has been installed fro=
m=20
Debian stable / testing packages. (Especially pop-before-smtp needed a newe=
r=20
version to work well with courier I think.)

`What do you mean, offence?'
`I see.'"
